Position: Restoration Technician (Full-Time)

We’re hiring a Water Mitigation Lead Technician who’s ready to get hands-on, work hard, and grow with an established company. If you have a background in leading construction, demolition, or general labor — and want steady hours with opportunities for overtime — we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to water, fire, or mold damage emergencies, assessing damage and implementing the right restoration methods.
• Set up drying equipment, use pumps, extractors, dehumidifiers, and air movers to dry structures.
• Perform demolition and tear-out of damaged materials like flooring, drywall, and insulation.
• Carefully handle, pack, and transport customer contents for cleaning and storage.
• Take moisture readings and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Communicate clearly with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE on every job.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts when needed.
• Leads teams to make sure they stay on task and have direction.
• Willingness to manage jobsite from initial startup to completion and making sure project stays on time.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in restoration, construction, or demolition work preferred — but we will train the right person
✅ Comfortable using power tools, equipment, and basic demolition techniques
✅ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
✅ Good communication skills (verbal and written)
✅ Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks daily
✅ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
✅ Able to pass a background check (felony and misdemeanor-free)
✅ Willing to work overtime and respond to emergency calls when needed

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time, 40 hours/week — overtime available
• Quarterly performance-based bonuses
