What You’ll Do
As a Disaster Restoration Estimator, you’ll be the trusted expert who inspects damage, writes detailed estimates, and guides our customers through the insurance claim process.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged residential and commercial properties.
- Take accurate measurements and detailed notes/photos.
- Prepare clear, detailed estimates (we’ll train you on Xactimate software!).
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and our crews.
- Help set realistic expectations and keep customers informed and calm.
- Support the production team to ensure projects stay on time and on budget.

What You Need
- Some background in construction, property inspections, or related work (helpful but not required).
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
- Good computer skills (Word, email, basic data entry).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to get on roofs, crawlspaces, and job sites safely.
- Willingness to pursue industry certifications (IICRC, Xactimate — we’ll pay for training!).
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
