POSITION TITLE:
Apprentice Mold Maker
FUNCTIONAL AREA:
Shop Floor
POSITION REPORTS TO:
Plant Manager and Journeyman Mold Makers
Position Summary:
Responsible for Learning the Trade of Mold Maker using a combination of shop work and classroom instruction.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Must have the ability to work with others and take instruction well
- Must be willing to operate shop Machinery
- Must take classes in related subjects
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Working Relationships
- Will work directly with Plant Manager, Journeyman Mold Makers and other Apprentices
Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma required
- Must possess verbal and written communications skills
- Must be focused on doing the job right

- Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment can range from normal shop environments to industrial environments that are moderate to noisy.
