Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated, and efficient restorative coordinator/administrative assistant, with great customer service skills to join our established dental practice.
Our restorative coordinator works closely with the restorative department and is responsible for leading, managing, and executing an effective restorative department. This includes meeting goals of the department and productively and regularly communicating with restorative providers.
Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare patient treatment plans and schedule accordingly for treatment.
- Assist in updating patient information to ensure accuracy when preparing treatment plans and scheduling.
- Attend consultations and plan extensive treatment plans with assistance from the restorative team.
- Confirm dental appointments and manage changes or cancellations in the schedule.
- Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment plans.
- Collect estimated co-payments following completed dental treatment.
- Be an effective team member - including but not limited to - participating in all team meetings and daily huddles.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 2 years dental experience/treatment coordinating
- Dentrix software preferred
- Microsoft Word/Excel
