Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Perrysburg, OH. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars. This role will handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, preparing documents, and organizing electronic and physical records. The Administrative Assistant will support executives and team members by coordinating travel, preparing reports, and assisting with meeting logistics and communications. The role also involves maintaining office supplies, liaising with vendors as needed, and helping ensure a professional and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support daily operations and leadership needs.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and basic recordkeeping.
