- Minimum of a Bachelorâs Degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Alabama Board of Physical Therapy licensure
- At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital or home health setting preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driverâs license
- Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
