Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations such as inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and ensuring smooth distribution processes. Your energetic approach will help us maintain our high standards of quality and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Utilize proper techniques for packing nuts, bolt and screws using a scale to count small aerospace parts

· Receive training on proper procedures for scale usage and how to pull product to package

· Use basic math and legible handwriting skills so others can read the part numbers and lot numbers and distinguish alpha and numeric

· Ensure orders match the purchase order, are going to the right place, and packaged well and efficiently

· Willing to be able to cross train and perform other duties

Qualifications

· 1 year of previous warehouse experience required

· High school diploma or GED

· Basic math skills

· Strong attention to detail and appearance of work

· Ability to sit or stand for your entire shift

· Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. on occasion, and 20 – 30 lbs. regularly

· Ability to lift at and below shoulder height

· Basic computer skills

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
