In This Role, You’ll
- Pick and build customer orders quickly and accurately to meet delivery schedules.
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).
- Work in refrigerated, freezer, and dry warehouse zones.
- Verify products for quality, accuracy, and correct quantities.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track orders.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in line with company standards.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
- At least 6 months of experience using warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfort working on your feet for long periods (standing, walking, bending, twisting).
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Full-time role in Spokane, WA.
- 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. shifts, Saturdays off.
- Warehouse environment with varied temperature zones.
- Pay Range (Base Pay): $19.50/hr

- Paid Time Off: You’ll accrue up to 40 hours of vacation in your first year, with time available to use after completing 12 months of continuous employment
- Paid Holidays: 6 calendar holidays, plus 3 floating holidays per year.
- Paid Sick Leave: 1 hour of sick for every 40 hours worked (no cap), available for use after 90 days
- Company-provided uniforms and work shoes
