Monroe and More, LLC is a growing construction company based in Jamestown, NY, serving Western New York and Pennsylvania. We handle roofing, siding, gutters, windows, framing, drywall, and general contracting. We're hiring dependable General Laborers to join our field crews.

What You'll Do
- Support crews with tear-off, material handling, job-site setup, and cleanup
- Help with basic installation tasks under the direction of a Crew Lead
- Load and unload trucks and keep tools and materials organized
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to the shop and job sites
- Willing to travel to job sites across WNY and PA
- Able to do physical work outdoors in all seasons and lift 50 lbs
- 18 years of age or older
- Dependable, on time, and willing to learn
