What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Summer School Test Assessment and Reporting Coordinator - 2026 position at Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES?
- Coordinate and supervise Regents examination schedule.
- Identify staffing and room needs based on exam enrollment.
- Work with special education staff to insure that test accommodations are provided for students with either an IEP or 504.
- Work with special education staff to fulfill need for any special exam orders, i.e. large-print and need for translators.
- Coordinate distribution, scoring and reporting of Regents exams.
- Work with Earth Science teachers to coordinate Performance Test.
- Work with district personnel to clarify any student’s exam needs.
- Conduct a faculty meeting to discuss exam protocol and schedule.
- Coordinate and monitor communications among program staff, parents, and student’s district.
- Oversee packing and distribution of all exam materials to be returned to districts.
- Inventory, copy, and review all necessary test materials to insure compliance with SED regulation.
- Organize and package all exam materials that must be returned to SED.
- Review “local” final examinations prior to administration to insure conformity to NYS assessment format.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Regional Summer School site principal.

To manage planning, scheduling, and supervision of Regents exam coordination for Regional Summer School program.
