This is for a Summer Work position and is not considered a BOCES ESY position.

LOCATION OF POSITION: Fairport NY 14450; Various Locations
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: July 9, 2026 August 19, 2026; Part time, plus pre and post summer requirements as needed.
Mandatory Summer Set-Up Meetings
June 2nd = Transition/Employment
June 3rd = O'Connor Academy, eStart, Creekside (BPA Unit TES Staff)
June 10th = Creekside (BUP Unit), Bird/Morgan
SALARY RANGE: $32.33 - $52.43 per hour (or higher pending contract negotiations) or your 2026-27 rate in this title for current Monroe One Boces staff

- Actual Salary Is Dependent Upon Education, Experience and Contract.
- NYS Certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired required.
- National Certification in Orientation and Mobility preferred.
- Applicants must commit to working the full 30-day Summer Program.
- Attend a mandatory planning meeting on a date to be determined.
- Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- NYS Certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired required.
- National Certification in Orientation and Mobility preferred.
