The Area Coach is responsible for the leadership, development, and operational excellence of multiple restaurant locations. This role ensures consistent execution of company standards, drives team performance, and supports restaurant managers in achieving financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and assistant managers to enhance leadership skills and drive results.
- Monitor financial performance, labor management, inventory control, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Travel regularly between assigned locations to provide hands-on guidance and support.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements.
- Identify areas of opportunity, develop action plans, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of multi-unit management experience in fast-casual or fast food restaurants.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong operational, financial, and analytical acumen.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel regularly between locations.
