What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Coach - Restaurant position at Monri Hospitality Group LLC?
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on multi-unit operator to oversee a cluster of high-performing quick-service restaurants. You’ll be the coach, mentor, and results driver for 4–7 locations, ensuring each store hits top marks in service, operations, and profitability.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and mentor store managers to maximize team performance.
- Drive operational excellence across all units: food safety, guest experience, and facility standards.
- Monitor metrics including sales, labor, controllables, and customer satisfaction; take proactive action to improve results.
- Be hands-on when necessary—step into stores to troubleshoot, coach, and set the standard.
- Partner with leadership to implement initiatives and maintain consistency across the region.
Who You Are:
- Proven multi-unit experience (ideally 4–7 locations).
- Strong track record of developing managers and building high-performing teams.
- Comfortable being hands-on and metrics-driven in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in high-pressure situations.
- Willing to travel within Eastern Oregon regularly.
