Monotec, LLC is seeking a Part Time, Third Shift (11PM-7AM) Monitoring Specialist to assist in the enforcement of enrollee compliance with program requirements and procedures. Starting pay $23.00/hour.
Duties include:
- Monitoring Caseload and conducting proactive outreach before violations occur.
- Ensuring any violation receives a prompt response & following standard operating procedures.
- Documenting all interactions with enrollee in database.
Education and Experience:
- Experience as Law Enforcement, 911 Telecommunicator, or Crisis Management Required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus.
- Ability to work well independently.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Computer knowledge.
Pending program expansion, promotion to full time likely.
