Position Overview:
The Compensation Program Manager is responsible for the design, management, and continuous improvement of Monogram Foods’ enterprise-wide compensation programs that support business strategy, market competitiveness, and internal equity.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation, this role operates as a strategic program owner, leading complex compensation initiatives, driving governance, and delivering insights that inform decision-making. The position partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to ensure compensation programs are effective, compliant, and aligned with Monogram’s people-first values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of base pay, variable pay, and incentive compensation programs
• Own and maintain salary structures, pay frameworks, and compensation policies, ensuring alignment with market and business strategy
• Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on business outcomes and market trends
• Design and optimize sales incentive compensation plans; partner with Sales and Finance leadership to ensure plans drive desired behaviors and performance outcomes and align with financial and operational goals
• Lead incentive modeling, scenario testing, and cost analysis
• Develop and maintain advanced compensation analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools, as needed
• Leverage external data sources to inform market positioning and pay strategy
• Lead annual and off-cycle compensation processes
• Build scalable modeling tools to support budget planning and decision-making
• Ensure consistent application of compensation guidelines across the organization
• Drive project execution from design through implementation, managing cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead enterprise-level compensation initiatives, including salary structure design and updates, job architecture and leveling frameworks, and market pricing and benchmarking studies
• Ensure compliance with FLSA and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Establish and maintain compensation governance practices, including approval workflows and audit controls
• Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation policies and practices

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field (preferred)
• 7 years of progressive experience in compensation
• Strong working knowledge of federal and multi-state leave laws

Physical Demands:
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer.
