Position Overview
Our role of Inventory Control Specialist is based in Wilmington MA and will be responsible for analyzing manufacturing operational data for posting to general ledger accounts which include verifying the accuracy of material usage and production, comparing data to established standards for validation of costs, maintaining inventory accuracy and providing detailed reports associated with various aspects of operations as needed.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience with a High School diploma is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting and inventory control experience
- Team player, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Office products experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with an emphasis on creating documents using various software applications.
- Efficient experience analyzing data, recognizing trends, troubleshooting issues for problem resolution, and providing direction/assistance to other team members.
- Ability to promote critical thinking, efficient task management, and working effectively with cross-functional team members, management, and customers.
- RF scan gun functionality and knowledge
- Certification in forklift operation.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze, visualize, and solve both complex and routine problems, and make sound, logical decisions.
- Integrity: Demonstrates honesty and adherence to strong moral and ethical principles.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in general PC usage, including Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to understand, accept, and embrace change to support ongoing departmental development and improvement.
- Preferably Bilingual but not required.
