Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the department
- Continuously assess current outpatient center flows, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement best practices to improve outcomes
- Manage performance management, behavioral management, evaluation process, and disciplinary process
- Manage costs through appropriate utilization and management of labor and supply
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will participate in continuing education meetings, committees or workgroups and identify personal needs both managerially and clinically and seek resources as needed.
