As a Chief Engineer, you will play a critical role in supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in the operation and maintenance of main boiler room, heat recovery boiler room, air compressors and HVAC systems and equipment. If you have active refrigeration and Boiler operator NJ blue seal licenses required, and must possess and maintain a valid NJ driver's license, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
About the Position
• This is a Full-Time position requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot and maintain equipment, familiar with BMS and fire alarm system monitoring and operation
• The successful candidate will have the ability to schedule shifts and oversee daily operation of high pressure steam generating plant and auxiliary equipment, responsible for weekly reports identifying fuel oil and natural gas consumption, water, BTU s produced, make-up water generated, chiller plant, and ensure compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations
