We are seeking a motivated Junior Client Success Partner to work directly under our Client Success Partner for hands-on mentorship and career development.
This is a rare opportunity to grow into a full Client Success Partner role within 12 to 24 months based on performance and the achievement of key milestones. With that promotion comes a significant increase in compensation. A full Client Success Partner at our company typically earns $80,000 to $100,000 or more in on-target earnings annually, including base salary and performance-based commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary support contact for assigned client accounts under the guidance of a senior mentor.
- Own and manage day-to-day client communications including proactive check-ins, follow-ups, and service coordination.
- Provide clients with regular project updates in coordination with internal technical and project teams.
- Prepare all required materials, data, and documentation for Technology Business Reviews and attend all TBR meetings.
- Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with client contacts at all levels.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure client needs are met with excellence.
- Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins and proactive communication.
- Assist with quoting, proposal preparation, renewals, and cross-selling of IT services and products.
- Identify upsell and service improvement opportunities during client interactions.
- Maintain accurate account information in our CRM and documentation systems.
- Stay informed about new technologies and services that benefit client success.
- Handle minor service escalations professionally and route complex issues appropriately.
- Participate in training, certifications, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing, service, sales support, or account management role.
- Exposure to or interest in IT, MSP services, cloud services, or cybersecurity is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication skills written and verbal.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up discipline.
- Proficient with CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Professional appearance appropriate for client-facing interactions.
- Eagerness to learn, be coached, and take on increasing responsibility.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
