Job Description
Opportunity for entry into a growing business. A positive attitude and problem solving talents are a must! We are a motorcycle dealer for expensive Italian motorcycles, and we design, manufacture and sell motorcycle apparel with our affiliated company AGV Sport. STRONG SKILLS WITH MS OFFICE SUITE A MUST TO SUCCEED!
The initial primary job is to be the face of our business, the first person someone sees and engages with when they walk in the door. You will need to answer the phone, solve problems and help provide a quality customer experience. We currently have 8-10 walk-in customers a day so the initial job will simply be the platform for the real opportunity. There is not enough work for someone to sit at a desk and say hi to people as they walk in.
There will be administrative challenges, and this is where opportunity for professional and financial growth will be. Every day will present new challenges and you will be involved in creating, implementing and improving processes. Because we are small and growing the ideal person will be someone who loves to solve problems and finds joy in coming up with solutions which can be implemented and rolled out. If you enjoy bringing order out of chaos, we need your help and this is where these talents can be put to use.
Growth opportunities include 1) helping customers through purchase transactions 2) participate in product line expansions based on customer driven needs 3) managing customers who are ordering custom made clothing.

Our repair business is mostly local clients, but we also sell and ship motorcycles around the country. We recently upgraded our facilities and staff to make it better for our customers and our employees.
