Patient Care Coordinator | Chiropractic Office
We are a fast-paced, growing chiropractic practice seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
This role is essential to creating an exceptional patient experience while helping maintain efficient daily office operations. We are looking for someone warm, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and facilitate patients through their experience in the office
- Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and front desk operations
- Answer phones, respond to patient communication, and maintain accurate records
- Support office systems, workflow efficiency, and daily operations
- Assist with patient communication, social media, and basic marketing tasks
- Utilize office software and AI tools within daily workflow
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and personal accountability
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Quick learner with openness to new systems and technology
- Experience with ChiroTouch preferred
- Previous chiropractic or medical office experience preferred
