WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
At Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Air, our Call Center Specialist position offers a full-time schedule between 7 AM and 6 PM (the exact schedule will be determined based on department needs).
As a full-time Call Center Specialist, your day will begin by using your strong interpersonal and communication skills to make outbound calls, schedule service appointments, and proactively address customer needs. You will serve as the voice of our company, handling inbound calls and messages and utilizing active listening and empathy to ensure that all customer inquiries receive prompt and attentive service. Your commitment to effectively booking appointments and keeping our technicians busy will drive our business forward and create a positive and enduring impact on our customers' experience.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Previous experience in a call center
- Comfortable using call center software, CRM systems, and other technology tools required for this role
- Ability to think on your feet and handle customer issues or concerns efficiently
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and with other departments
- Willingness to handle both outbound and inbound calls as needed
- Can-do approach, focusing on solutions and maintaining a positive outlook in all customer interactions
Previous experience in the plumbing, electrical, or HVAC industry is a plus!
