Overview

The Assistant Manager will work closely with the store owner to supervise staff, manage inventory, achieve sales goals, and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.
Duties
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Achieve sales goals by building customer relationships and providing expert product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain store appearance and organization to enhance the customer experience.
- Interact with Social Media for branding.
