About the Opportunity
As the Manufacturing Training Lead Operator at Monin, you will be responsible for facilitating hands on training to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all employees are properly trained on equipment, processes, quality standards, and safety protocols, while also fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
· Serve as back up to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
· Be flexible and cover different shifts to facilitate trainings.
· Ability to operator all same machinery as the Machine Operator Plus which includes changeovers, cleaning, and operator Preventive Maintenance.
· Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees on manufacturing processes, equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
· Ensure alignment of training materials with industry standards, company policies, safety regulations, and quality expectations.
· Track and document training records for compliance audits and certification requirements.
· Promote a strong safety culture through proactive training and reinforcement.
· Create detailed work instructions and integrate into Poka.
· Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate effectively with Syrup, Maintenance and Quality teams.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related inquiries within manufacturing.
· Identify training opportunities for operators and bring them to the attention of the Manufacturing Supervisor and Manufacturing Manager.
· Upholds and inspires adoption of company mission and values.
· Communicates actions, concerns, and updates.
