Senior Graphic Designer

We are a fast-growing luxury brand with national distribution and are proud to be a Certified B Corporation®. We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer with a refined aesthetic and a passion for storytelling through design.

In this role, you’ll create thoughtful, visually compelling work across digital and physical channels, from email and social to retail environments and digital advertising. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up, with the opportunity to take ownership of your work and grow within a collaborative, design-focused team.

Essential Responsibilities

• Translate the brand’s vision into elevated, cohesive creative across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels  

• Design email marketing layouts and digital campaigns with a strong understanding of performance and user experience  

• Create in-store graphics and marketing collateral that enhance the retail environment and reflect a luxury point of view  

• Develop social media content and digital ads that are both visually compelling and on-brand  

• Contribute to the overall visual identity and evolution of the brand across all touchpoints  

• Assist with photo editing to ensure consistency and quality  

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of execution and attention to detail  

Experience & Skills

• 5 years of graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, luxury, or a design-forward brand  

• Strong portfolio showcasing a clean, elevated aesthetic and thoughtful design systems  

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)  

• Exceptional eye for typography, layout, and imagery with a deep understanding of luxury visual language  

• Ability to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven design  

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines  

• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills  

Nice to Have

• Experience or interest in copywriting and brand voice  

• Familiarity with shopify e-commerce platforms and email marketing systems  

• Basic understanding of HTML
