Golf Shop Manager / Merchandising Associate (Part-Time)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused individual to manage the daily operations of our golf shop. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys retail, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service in a golf environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the golf shop.
- Merchandise and maintain attractive retail displays.
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist customers with merchandise purchases and inquiries.
- Process sales using the point-of-sale system.
- Monitor inventory and assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
- Support golf operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Retail, golf shop, or merchandising experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of golf merchandise is preferred but not required.
