What You’ll Do
- Lead the preparation of monthly financial dashboards for senior stakeholders, providing visibility into performance vs. budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze key trends in revenue, expenses, and KPIs to improve financial forecasting and guide executive decisions.
- Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working directly with business leaders.
- Partner with business units to develop financial models supporting strategic initiatives and product expansions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Corporate Strategy, HR, and other Finance groups, on firm-wide projects.
- Present insights and recommendations confidently to senior leadership, including the CFO.
Who We’re Looking For
- 8 years of FP&A experience, preferably within financial services, private equity, hedge funds, or buy-side environments.
- Proven people management experience (managing at least 2–3 direct reports; ideally more).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and present to executives.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
