- Oversee Big Four firms and specialist advisers, challenging their work and driving quality, accountability and execution
- Advise on partnership allocations, withholding, ECI, UBTI, OID, market discount and debt-versus-equity considerations
- Build scalable tax processes and technology, improving data quality, automating workflows and reducing manual intervention
- Contribute to carried interest, incentive and broader structuring initiatives as the platform develops
- Mentor junior team members and help shape the future tax organization
Who this suits
- CPA with 8 years of U.S. tax experience
- Significant private credit, private equity or alternative investment fund expertise

- Experience spanning both fund compliance and transaction-related tax matters
- Track record of managing Big Four firms, external counsel and other advisers
- Commercially minded and confident working with investment teams and senior stakeholders
- Someone who enjoys building infrastructure, solving complex problems and creating processes that scale
