What You'll Do
- Design and build AI-driven tools and applications in partnership with research and engineering teams
- Evaluate and apply modern AI/ML techniques to relevant business problems
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify high-value use cases
- Build, test, and iterate on models and applications through to production
- Stay current with the AI landscape and bring relevant advances back to the team
Must-haves
- 3 years of experience building AI or ML applications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience taking models or AI applications from prototype to production
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in quantitative finance or a related technical field
- Exposure to large language models and modern AI tooling
- Advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related field
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
