- Location scouting, permits, and approvals
- Equipment, props, and studio coordination
- Oversee budgets, estimates, and vendor contracts, ensuring projects remain on time and on budget
- Manage external vendors including production companies, editors, and creative partners
- Drive internal review and approval processes across stakeholders, creative leads, and legal when needed
- Coordinate smaller in-house shoots (e.g., product vignettes, studio photography/video)
- Maintain production schedules, track progress, and proactively manage risks
- 5 years of experience as a Video Producer, Photo Producer, or Creative Producer in a corporate, agency, or in-house environment
- Strong project management experience, managing multiple productions simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with pre-production planning (scheduling, talent coordination, locations, permits, logistics)
- Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and production timelines
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and internal stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into creative execution
- Understanding of video/photo production workflows (pre-production, on-set, post-production)
- Experience supporting product launches or brand campaigns
- Familiarity with in-house corporate production environments
- Exposure to production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar platforms
- On-set production experience or understanding of film crew roles (e.g., art department, G&E, locations)
- Experience managing internal studio shoots or small-scale productions
