Russo Photo & Film is seeking a talented and reliable Wedding Video Editor to join our growing team. We specialize in creating timeless, high-quality wedding films that capture each couple’s story with elegance and authenticity. With over 100 weddings shot annually, we are looking for someone who can keep up with our pace while maintaining exceptional quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and deliver multiple film formats per wedding, including:
• 1-minute teaser film
• 6–10 minute highlight film
• Full feature/formalities film (ceremony, speeches, dances, first looks, and other key moments)
• Organize and manage large volumes of footage efficiently
• Select music that complements the tone and emotion of each wedding day
• Maintain consistency with Russo Photo & Film’s visual style and storytelling approach
• Collaborate with our team to meet creative and technical expectations
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time or ahead of schedule

Qualifications:

• Proven experience editing wedding films or similar event-based content
• Strong storytelling ability with an eye for emotional pacing and detail
• Proficiency in any professional editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines with quick turnaround times
• Reliable communication and responsiveness
