Technical Recruiter: Hybrid – 1 day per week in office (Charlotte)

What You’ll Do
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll learn and own the full recruiting process with support from experienced teammates.
- Source and connect with tech, IT, creative, and digital candidates
- Use outreach, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools
- Screen candidates and assess skills and fit
- Build relationships and guide candidates through interviews and offers
- Stay organized and manage multiple roles at once
