Job Description:
Support the content production team as a facilitator and admin, enabling video, still, and social media content creation workflows without directly producing content.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Facilitate creative workflows and content production
- Coordinate with PR, creative, editorial, and social teams
- Support secure production workflows and manage confidential data
- Liaise with customers to obtain content clearance
- Track projects from concept to post-production delivery
- Enter and manage data in Salesforce CRM
- Propose process improvements and use AI tools for efficiency
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- Experience with video content production and pipelines
- Adobe software familiarity
- Proven administrative/facilitation skills
- UGC acquisition and social media clearance experience
- Ability to manage sensitive data and maintain discretion
- Still and video production oversight (retouching, packaging, delivery)
- Experience working cross-functionally in ambiguous environments
- Salesforce CRM usage
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background in creative advertising agencies
- Knowledge of content licensing and business affairs
- Familiarity with post and art production processes
