:Seeking a senior GTM Operations and Revenue Operations expert to support a large-scale AI transformation initiative focused on quota planning, territory design, and capacity planning processes within a B2B SaaS environment
.
Day-to-Day Responsibilitie
- s:Lead stakeholder workshops and discovery session
- s.Gather and document business requirement
- s.Create current-state and future-state process map
- s.Develop process flow diagrams, swimlane documentation, and operational specification
- s.Define business rules and workflow requirements for AI-enabled processe
- s.Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into implementation-ready documentatio
- n.Facilitate alignment across Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations team
- s.Support quota planning, territory design, and capacity planning initiative

Minimum Requiremen
- ts:8-15 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operatio
- ns.Deep expertise in quota planning, territory design, and capacity planning/books of busine
- ss.B2B SaaS industry experien
- ce.Consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent preferre
