The Role:

The Ideal Candidate:
- 12 years of experience, at least 8 in a leadership position, preferably within a digital-first agency, publisher, or media platform environment
- Deep expertise across social, digital, and integrated marketing ecosystems, with a strong understanding of evolving platform trends and audience behaviors
- Commercially minded and strategically driven, with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities, drive revenue, and build high-impact client partnerships
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while leading teams with clarity and confidence
