As Senior Director of Digital, you'll orchestrate the entire digital ecosystem while leading a talented team and collaborating with visionary founders who are passionate about creating meaningful experiences.

The Role:

• Spearhead comprehensive digital strategy across ticketing platforms, e-commerce, and social shop integrations
• Direct day-to-day online operations with full responsibility for sales, KPIs, and ROI
• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that boost customer acquisition and retention
• Lead business analysis and strategic planning to drive profitable digital growth
• Collaborate with the founder and creative teams to ensure cohesive digital assets and experiences

The Ideal Candidate:

• 8 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce leadership
• Fluent in performance marketing metrics and tools including CPA, CAC, ROI, LTV, and CTR
• Extensive Shopify experience with domestic and international operations
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic digital initiatives
• Exceptional analytical abilities paired with creative problem-solving skills
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Location: New York City

Workplace Type: Hybrid (in office 4x a week)

Salary: $175K
