Role Summary
We’re seeking an experienced, growth-focused CEO to lead Monday Motorbikes into its next phase of expansion. The ideal candidate has proven leadership in powersports, e-bikes, or light EVs, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead company strategy, execution, and growth initiatives.
• Expand Monday’s sales and distribution network across North America and international markets.
• Drive marketing and brand development to strengthen reach and loyalty.
• Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and quality operations.
• Manage financial performance, fundraising, and investor relations.
• Build and inspire a high-performance, mission-driven team.
Qualifications
• 10 years of leadership in electric bicycles, powersports, or light EV sectors.
• Demonstrated success scaling a consumer hardware or mobility brand.
• Expertise in sales network expansion and operational leadership.
• Experience with international supply chains and OEM partnerships.
