Monarch Outdoor Design is looking for motivated, confident, and outgoing individuals to join our growing door-to-door sales team.
We specialize in complete outdoor transformations including artificial turf, pavers, decorative rock, patios, walkways, irrigation, and full landscape design.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is competitive, enjoys talking to people, and wants a position where their income and growth are not limited by a traditional hourly job.
There is no limit on how many projects you can generate or how much you can earn in bonuses.
Strong performers can quickly increase their weekly income on top of their hourly pay.
What You’ll Do
Your primary responsibility is to introduce homeowners to Monarch Outdoor Design and generate opportunities for our sales and project management team.
You will:
- Knock doors in selected neighborhoods and new-home communities
- Introduce homeowners to Monarch Outdoor Design
- Explain our current landscaping promotions and services
- Identify homeowners interested in completing or upgrading their yard
- Collect basic project information
- Schedule free estimates with our project manager
- Represent Monarch professionally in the field
- Follow assigned neighborhoods and daily sales goals
- Track your leads and completed appointments
Compensation
- $18/hour base pay
- $500 for every signed and deposited project you generate
- Uncapped earning potential
- The more business you generate, the more you earn
- Additional advancement and earning opportunities available as you grow within the company
You are not expected to design complicated landscaping projects or create detailed estimates at the door.
Your job is to start the conversation, create interest, and bring qualified homeowners into our sales process.

Previous experience in door-to-door sales, roofing, solar, pest control, home improvement, landscaping, automotive sales, or other commission-based sales is a plus, but not required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
