What We Offer

- Oversee daily operations of the Residences at Grand Blanc Apartments
- Ensure high occupancy through leasing and resident retention
- Manage rent collections, delinquency, and financial performance
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and reporting
- Coordinate property marketing and outreach efforts
- 3 years of Property management or multifamily housing experience
- Ability to pass a soft credit review
- Customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage budgets, leasing efforts, and team operations
