Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 2 years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
- Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
- Yardi experience is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a soft credit review
- $19.00 hour
- Incredible Commission potential! Up to $100/Renewal and up to $100/Rental
- Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise every year
