🛠 What You'll Be Doing: As our Apartment Painter, you'll play an important role in preparing apartment homes for new residents while helping maintain the overall appearance of our community.
Responsibilities include:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Drywall repair, patching, sanding, texturing, and surface preparation
- Wood staining, trim work, and touch-up painting
- Minor carpentry repairs
- Remove and reinstall outlet covers, light fixtures, and hardware
- Caulking and final cleanup
- Maintain paint inventory and supplies
- Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to meet move-in deadlines
- 6 months of professional painting experience
- Experience painting apartments, residential homes, or commercial properties
- Drywall repair and surface preparation experience
- Basic carpentry skills
- Basic electrical knowledge (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
- Bathtub or tile resurfacing experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors
- Ability to work Monday – Friday from 8AM to 5PM
- $17.00–$19.00 per hour DOE
- Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
