Key Responsibilities:
- Interior and exterior painting & staining
- Surface preparation including drywall repair, texture application, and light carpentry
- Wood refinishing and trim work
- Remove and reinstall fixtures, outlet covers, and hardware
- Caulking, touch-ups, and full clean-up after work completion
- Communicate painting schedules with residents when needed
- Maintain paint and supply inventory
- Assist with make-ready / unit turns
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of painting experience
- Drywall, carpentry, and surface prep experience
- Basic electrical knowledge (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
- Resurfacing and bathtub tile experience (preferred but not required)
- $17β$19/hour (based on experience)
- Quarterly bonuses up to $750
- Annual raises up to 5%
