Multisite / Area / Floating Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking an Experienced Assistant Property Manager who will report directly to the Regional Property Manager. They will get assigned weekly to which location/s they will be working that week.

What You’ll Do:

Assist the Property Management team / Regional and PMs drive performance

• Achieve and exceed leasing & occupancy goals
• Maximize renewal capture and resident retention through resident relations programs
• Assist in managing delinquency and actively pursue collections

• Understanding of leasing, collections, and property operations Compensation & Benefits
• $21.00 - $24.00 an hour Base Pay
• $400 per month in flat rate commissions bonus
