Pay & Perks:
- $27.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Quarterly maintenance bonus opportunities up to $4,000 per year
- Annual raises based on performance
- On-call stipend paid even if you're not called out ($100 per week)

- PTO starts accruing immediately: 80 hours in year one, 120 hours after 2-4 years, 160 hours after 5 years
- Lead and support the maintenance team
- Complete service requests and work orders
- Oversee apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
- Assist with painting and general property upkeep
- Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs
- Work with the Property Manager on maintenance planning and budgeting
- Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week every four weeks)
- At least 2 years’ experience in multi-family maintenance
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to handle plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
- HVAC and EPA certification required
- CPO Certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
