We’re now hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our growing team in the Maryland Heights, MO area.

Compensation & Benefits

• $15.00–$17.00 per hour hour (based on experience) plus up to $100 per lease

Key Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to prospective residents and meet or exceed leasing goals
• Conduct professional tours and follow up with prospects
• Prepare and execute lease documentation accurately
• Maintain model units, show-ready apartments, and overall curb appeal
• Support property marketing and outreach efforts
• Assist with resident relations and retention initiatives
• Provide leasing coverage across two communities as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior multifamily leasing experience a plus
• Strong sales, closing, and follow-up skills
• Experience with property management software (YARDI preferred)
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
