Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
- Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
- Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Assist in property grounds maintenance
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years experience in the maintenance field required
- 3 years multifamil housing experience required
- HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification required
- Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
- Light plumbing and electrical experience
- CPO Certification preferred
- Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Competitive pay ($25-$30 hourly!)
- Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses!
- On-Call Bonus structure $100 per week on-call
