Compensation & Benefits:
- $22 - $23/Hour
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs

- Complete service requests and work orders efficiently
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
- Apartment turns and make-readies
- General janitorial duties and trash removal
- Participate in an on-call rotation and snow removal duties
- 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
- 2 years of painting experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- After 5 years of employment we offer a 3 week paid sabbatical on top of already generous PTO!
- After 10 years of employment we offer a free apartment! We value YOUR commitment!
