As an HVAC installation Expert, you'd play a crucial role in overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes
Team Management: Lead on residential swap outs, and new installations
Quality Assurance: Inspecting installations to ensure they meet quality standards, codes, and regulations. You'd be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the installation process.
Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for your team and ensuring that all installations meet safety standards.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including materials used, hours worked, and any changes to the original plan.
Training and Development: Providing training and mentoring to apprentice technicians to improve their skills and knowledge in HVAC installation techniques.
Overall, your role as an HVAC installation Expert is to ensure that HVAC systems are installed correctly, safely, and efficiently, meeting the needs of clients and adhering to industry standards.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong leadership skills, proven experience as an HVAC Installation Expert or similar role, ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, ability to motivate and communicate effectively, valid driver's license and clean driving record
