Qualifications
- Strong experience in Project Coordination, managing timelines, resources, and communication.
- Proficiency in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings and overseeing Submittals processes.
- Knowledge of architectural principles and practices, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and similar design platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; a professional license or certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience with Goverment, Civic Spaces and Community, commercial, residential or Historic Preservation architecture is a plus.
