AT&T Team Member

We are hiring an AT&T Team Member to join our growing retail team! In this role, you'll help customers find the AT&T products and services that best fit their lifestyle while delivering a welcoming and positive in-store experience. Whether you're assisting someone with a new phone, answering questions about wireless plans, or helping them upgrade their devices, you'll play an important part in creating a great customer experience.

Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member

• Welcome customers into the retail store and provide friendly, personalized assistance.
• Learn about each customer's wireless needs and recommend AT&T services that fit their lifestyle.
• Demonstrate device features and explain available services in a clear and helpful way.
• Assist customers with new activations, upgrades, account changes, and general product questions.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting sales floor while ensuring product displays are well stocked.
• Work closely with fellow team members to provide outstanding customer experiences and contribute to daily store goals.

Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Comfortable learning new technology and explaining products to customers.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team while delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
