Role Requirements for an AT&T Assistant
- Approach retail guests with confidence, guide them through AT&T’s wireless enrollment, and account assistance.
- Evaluate customer habits to recommend the most suitable Unlimited plan and highlight accessory opportunities.
- Protect customer trust by ensuring accurate and compliant enrollment processes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to curate displays and create a welcoming retail environment.
